Jody Sullivan

I am currently 22 years old, living in Oswego, NY, while attending the University of Oswego, where I study Health & Wellness. I was born in Canada, to a big hockey family, I grew up an athlete playing many different sports, but hockey always had my heart. Hockey taught me many things and took me many places, including here in Oswego as I play for the varsity Men's Ice Hockey team. Growing up an athlete peaked my interest into the health field, always wanting to know how to improve myself, fitness and eating wise to better my game and overall life. It was easy to know which direction I wanted my life to pursue, as my family has always been to a certain degree a healthy oriented family. All of my siblings Courtney, Ryan , and Carley were athletes too so our parents always tried to have us eating right and being active. My father was a nurse for years and my sister just recently became one, so I guess you could say it is in our blood.
